Land Surveying Services

Our Background

We have extensive experience in coordination and supervision of all aspects of land survey projects in California.

Areas of expertise include:
• Land Boundary Surveys  •  Lot Line Adjustments
• Property description preparation and mapping
• Topographic surveying
• Subdivision design and site development.

Technology

The utilization of technology has improved the accuracy and productivity for surveyors. GPS technology has been a part of our routine work for more than 20 years. Incorporating GPS technology such as RTK and robotic total stations into the field work flow results in the ability to complete projects with reduced staff.

We provide expert witness testimony for land title court cases. Preparation for boundary and easement court cases has required extensive research of public and private records as well as the retracement of private surveys and original Public Land Survey System (PLSS) corners.
